Greg is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rock Crest Capital, and brings extensive investment management experience to the firm. He has been a portfolio manager/analyst for the past 16 years and has previously co-managed technology assets ranging from $100 million to $1 billion through numerous market cycles.
From 1997-2001, Greg was Vice President and co-portfolio manager of Westway Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund with a focus on technology. He joined the firm at inception and helped grow assets from $100 million to $1 billion at its peak in 2000.
Prior to joining Westway Capital, Greg was an analyst and portfolio manager at Dietche & Field Advisors (“DFA”) from 1990 to 1997. During his tenure, the firm’s total assets grew from $400 million to over $5 billion and Greg was responsible for building the technology portfolio from less than $40 million to $700 million.
Greg graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Calvin is a Senior Analyst at Rock Crest Capital and brings considerable asset management experience in diversified growth equities to the firm. From 2000-2007, he served in a variety of analyst and portfolio management positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Rising to Director, U.S. Equities, and Co-Portfolio Manager, he was responsible for managing over $1 billion in diversified growth oriented assets.
From 1997-1999, he was a Senior Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager at Eagle Asset Management. He co-managed the $300 million Heritage Mid Cap Growth Fund, and served as a Senior Analyst to the $1 billion Heritage Small Cap Fund.
Previously, he served in a variety of positions at Massachusetts Financial Services, Fidelity Research & Management, and MetLife Securities.
Calvin graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Legal Studies from Brandeis University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
